Occupational Management Limited (OML) is an international HR consultancy specialising in Human Resources, Recruitment and Training. OML has an office in the UK where the company began in 2007. OML opened the Accra office in 2010 (OML Africa) to extend its services to the Africa market.
We have merged our international expertise and experience with our local knowledge, to provide high quality and modern HR, recruitment and training services for the Africa market.
We are a client-focused company driven by a deep understanding of the industries we serve, a passion for the provision of quality HR, recruitment and training solutions and an enviable track record of helping our clients to succeed. We attach a personal touch to every call, email or on-site visit.
Our UK office has employed and continues to employ HR professionals from Britain, Ghana, South Africa, Nigeria, Angola, Poland, Germany, etc. We have partners and associates in Africa, Europe and Latin America with a combined total of over fifty years of top quality HR knowledge and expertise.
